Acceptable use policy.

ID Photo Box provides fixed professional and business headshot styles. It is not a general-purpose image generator. Sexually explicit, pornographic and adult content is strictly prohibited.

Zero tolerance: You may not use ID Photo Box to create, upload, request or attempt to generate sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, sexually suggestive, erotic, fetish, adult, NSFW or otherwise sexualized content. Sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited. Prohibited use can lead to blocking, account suspension and a report to the relevant provider or authority.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the AI headshot studio, accounts, uploads, generated results and any related support or promotional interaction. By using the AI studio, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2. Professional-use-only studio

The studio produces professional and business portraits for profiles, résumés, portfolios, team pages and similar lawful uses. Customers choose from 24 fixed, pre-reviewed style templates; the studio does not provide a free-text prompt field or a general image-generation interface. You may upload only a portrait you own or have explicit permission to use.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use the service to create, upload, request, share or attempt to produce any of the following:

  • Nudity, partial nudity, sexually explicit content, pornography, sexual acts, erotic imagery or sexually suggestive imagery.
  • Adult, NSFW or fetish content, or any content intended to sexualize a person.
  • Any sexual content involving a minor, or any content that exploits or endangers a minor.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, or images of another person without their permission.
  • Face-swap, deepfake, impersonation or deceptive identity manipulation.
  • Hateful, harassing, threatening, violent or self-harm-promoting content.
  • Illegal content, fraud, deceptive official documents or misuse of a government or identity document.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
  • Attempts to bypass moderation, credit limits, rate limits or access controls; malware; or automated abuse of the service.

4. Enforcement

We may block a request, remove a result, suspend or terminate an account, and report prohibited activity to Creem, Cloudflare or the appropriate authority. Where permitted by law, credits associated with prohibited use may be forfeited and no refund will be issued. We may preserve the minimum records needed to investigate abuse and comply with legal obligations.

AI models can make mistakes. A model refusing a photo, or a result being blocked, is not a guarantee that other content is acceptable. You remain responsible for what you upload and for how you use a result.

5. Reporting abuse

Report suspected prohibited content or abuse to support@idphotobox.com. Include the account email and a short description; do not attach explicit material unless we specifically request it.

6. Changes

We may update this policy as the service, model providers or legal requirements change. The date at the top will change when it does. The current version always applies to new uploads and generations.
