Tell us what you were trying to do and include the page name. Please do not attach an actual passport or ID photo.
Make the email useful
For a photo-size question: name the country, the document and, if you have it, the exact measurement from the form.
For a bug: tell us the browser, the page, and what happened before and after. A screenshot of the editor (with no private photo if possible) helps.
For AI credits or billing: include the email used for Google sign-in and, if you have it, the Creem order number. Do not send card details. Unused credits stay on the account; failed generations are refunded automatically.
For account deletion: email from the Google address on the account with “Delete my account” in the subject. We will remove the profile and credit balance; transaction records may be retained for tax and accounting.
For acceptance questions: the issuing authority has the final answer. We can explain the framing guide, but we cannot approve a photo for a government office.
