What is actually free?
The passport, visa and ID photo editors are free forever. There is no account, no watermark and no upload. You can use every preset, the background cleaner, both single-photo and print-sheet downloads, and the face auto-align.
How do the AI credits work?
Buy a one-time pack of 30, 80 or 200 credits. One successful AI headshot uses one credit. If the model fails or cannot use the photo, the credit is returned. Credits never expire, and there is no subscription or automatic renewal.
Why do I need to sign in?
AI credits are attached to a Google account so you can use them on any device and recover them after signing in again. The email is also used to match a Creem purchase to your balance. The document photo tools never require an account.
How do I pay?
Sign in with Google, choose a pack, and complete the secure Creem checkout. ID Photo Box never sees your card details. The credits appear in your account once Creem confirms the order.
Do credits ever expire?
No. Pack credits stay on your account until you use them. There is no monthly reset and no recurring charge.

What happens if the AI service is unavailable?
A failed AI call does not use a credit. The studio shows an error and keeps your uploaded portrait so you can try again. If the model is not available at all, come back later; the document tools are unaffected.
